Our commitment to this partnership is to:
PRAY, CARE, GIVE
The Prince of Wales Hospital Campus (incl RHFW, POWP and SCH)
Located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, the Randwick campus is a complex comprising four hospitals in a 1,000 inpatient-bed facility. It is a teaching hospital affilitated with the University of NSW and has a number of medical specialisations. The size and location of the campus mean that many people, men and women, children and older people, come from around New South Wales to seek treatment for a range of conditions, including life-threatening illnesses, debilitating diseases, psychiatric disorders and other sicknesses. Often families from outside Sydney need support from churches around the hospital, of which St Johns is one.
Stuart regards his position as an Anglican Chaplain on the hopsital campus as an enormous privilege and covets the prayers of the faithful. "This ministry cannot continue or thrive without the prayers of people who love Jesus," says Stuart.
If you would like to receive Stuart's regular prayer points and news via email, or if you would like to be trained and visit patients as part of the Anglican chaplaincy team at the hospital, you can email him at the address above.
